πŸ“¦ Exchange & Return Policy for Online Orders

  • Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
  • If you received the wrong item or there's a size issue, you can raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We offer free size exchanges and will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost if the product qualifies for an exchange.
  • If the new product requested is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the brand tag/sticker intact, neatly folded, and properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Returns failing to meet these criteria will not be processed.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or damaged product delivery. Kindly email us at support@zingleberry.com with your Order ID, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the defective product.
  • For any return accepted without a delivery issue, a β‚Ή100 deduction will apply to cover reverse logistics expenses.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or a verified bank account as per customer request.
  • Slight variations in product colour or print design due to screen display differences will not be considered grounds for return or refund.
  • If the damage is found to be due to customer handling, Zingle Berry holds the right to reject the return or refund.
  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery. Report the issue immediately.
  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange or return processing only.
  • Used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during sales or using a discount coupon are not eligible for refund.
